Event date: 16 April 2019
Chamber members and guests filled the swanky ENSafrica auditorium to the brim as we networked and gathered to hear from guest speaker Mr Pravin Gordhan, Minister of Public Enterprises. His topic was ‘Opportunities for growth for South Africa in 2019 and beyond’, and perhaps just a few tricky questions were answered on the Minister’s difficult current job and his thoughts on the upcoming elections. The event was hosted and sponsored by Chamber member ENSAfrica in their spectacular new offices at The Marc, Sandton – a huge thank you to Chairman Michael Katz and the ENS team for putting on a fantastic evening!
Also on the programme were esteemed political commentators Lawson Naidoo and Prof. Richard Calland from the Paternoster Group who discussed: ‘SA Elections 2019: the potential impact on policy-making and the business environment’. We were held riveted by the panel debate and questions from the audience.
