By submitting this form I/we confirm that

• I/we have read and subscribe to, the principal objects in the Memorandum of Incorporation of the British Chamber of Business in South Africa; wish to take up membership of the Chamber;
• I/We authorise the Chamber access to our credit bureau records on any of the recognised credit bureaus’ databases; and
• I/we are duly authorised to sign as representative of the Company.

PAYMENT: A VAT invoice will be issued upon approval of the membership application.
